Structural Engineer - Analysis

On behalf of Aker Solutions in Oslo we are looking for a Structural Engineer - Analysis. 

Your responsibilities:

• Structural analysis and design of offshore steel structures, mainly deck structures. (Beam and Shell elements).
• Deck Plate and Stiffener design for fixed topside platforms.
• Primary analysis of Secondary structures in SESAM - Genie (or similar).
• Co-ordination within structural group and other disciplines.
• Checking of Drawings and writing calculation reports.

Skills:

• Experience with Structural analysis and design
• Education: BSc/MSc in Structural Engineering
• Software skills: Sesam, Genie, Staad, StruProg (Colbeam and Stipla)
• Language skills: English
