Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports the smooth running of the food & beverage department, where all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience are delivered to the highest levels
  • Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries
  • Delivers on plans and objectives where food & beverage initiatives & hotel targets are achieved
  • Supervises the food & beverage team fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department
  • Accountable for ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained
  • Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders
  • Takes the lead to deliver departmental programmes that advance service standards, profitability and cost control
  • Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required

  • Experience in food & beverage service
  • Strong supervisory and managerial skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
  • Ability to find creative solutions with proven problem-solving capabilities offering support where required
  • Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
  • Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
  • Strong communication skills

In the spring of 2022, Park Inn by Radisson Oslo Airport will become Radisson RED Oslo Airport and Radisson Hotel & Conference Center Oslo Airport. Radisson Hotel Group thus introduces the first Radisson and Radisson RED hotels in Norway.

When renovation is complete, the new Radisson RED Oslo Airport and Radisson Hotel & Conference Center Oslo Airport at Gardermoen will offer both the new Radisson RED experience and the new Radisson concept. Guests can experience the best of two hotel brands in one stay. This makes the experience interesting and exciting, while at the same time being practical and comfortable. This is the hotel for guests who want memorable experiences that challenge the traditional. A new restaurant concept 'GAMO Bar & Restaurant' is under development and will offer Nordic flavors and a lively and inviting atmosphere.

With more than 500 guest rooms, Radisson RED Oslo Airport and Radisson Hotel & Conference Center Oslo Airport will be the largest hotel at Oslo Airport, Gardermoen, within walking distance of the terminals.

The hotel will be completed in the spring of 2022, following an expansion and renovation of the existing Park Inn by Radisson Oslo Airport, Gardermoen hotel. 9,600 square meters, 214 new rooms spread over eight floors and a new conference room floor will be added to the existing hotel. In addition, all guest rooms will be renovated and updated to improve the guest experience.
