Project Control & Planning

We are looking for talented people to strengthen the project control disciplines (project control management, planning, cost control and estimation) in the Project Development & Supply Chain Management (PDS unit). We want applicants with background and interest to develop within following disciplines:

• Project Control Leads with solid experience in planning, cost estimation, organisation, follow-up, control, reporting and handling of uncertainties in complex projects (from Front End to Handover to operation)
• Project control Engineers with relevant experience within cost management, cost estimation and project planning
• Senior Planning Engineers with broad experience in project planning from Front End phases to Handover to operation

• BSc / MSc in Management, Engineering, or economics (or within other relevant subjects)
• For Project Control Lead position an indicative industry experience of minimum 10 years within project control is expected. Proven track record of successful delivery in similar project control roles with equivalent leadership dimensions
• For Senior Planner and Project Control Engineer an indicative industry experience of 5 -10 years of relevant experience is expected
• Preferable with project experience from both ‘Front End' and ‘EPC Project Execution' phases
• Fluent written and oral communication skills in English. Minimum basic oral communication skills in Norwegian

Applicants with limited experience/new graduates may be considered for trainee/graduate positions within project management.

Project Control Lead/Project Control Engineer

• To develop, implement, maintain, and optimize Project Control services to all project phases (Front End, Execution and Modification & Abandonment). This to ensure comprehensive processes and functional resources are in place to deliver effective control, reporting and forecasting for all budget & cost and planning & scheduling

Senior Planning Engineer

• Planning support in all project phases (Front End, Execution and Modification & Abandonment)
• Responsible for developing and managing project plans, as well as coordinating with other departments and vendors to ensure that all aspects of project planning are on track
• A main contributor in the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive planning, forecasting, budgeting and reporting systems
