Distribution Innovation AS is strengthening our Development Team with several important roles and competence areas where one of them is as a Cloud Architect / Data Engineer on our Analytics Team.
We are searching for a Cloud Architect / Data Engineer who would be interested in furthering the development of our Analytics Platform on AWS. You will be an important part of a newly formed, and growing, Analytics team. In your everyday life you will work independent and close with the team and report to Head of Analytics.
Your responsibilities would be:
- Define and implement improvements to our cloud infrastructure
- Continuous development of DI Analytics Platform on AWS
Skills:
- Experience with building data pipelines in Python & Spark
- Experience with building data solutions in AWS (S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift, Sagemaker)
- Experience with Terraform and Terragrunt
- Good knowledge of various types of data sources (files, databases, streams) and data formats (CSV, Parquet, Avro, etc)
- Analytical and structured, experience with SCRUM and Kanban processes is beneficial. Bonus points for SCRUM master experience.
- Result oriented
- Professional, helpful, outgoing, likes to take initiative
- Openminded, and enjoys trying out new technologies
- Customer oriented
Qualifications:
- Some experience in mentoring, training or teaching is beneficial
- Master's degree in informatics, data engineering or similar
- Good English and Norwegian skills, written and verbally
