We are looking for an intelligent, well educated, technical and commercial savvy person to join the Business Development team in Oslo as Tender Manager. The person should be eager to continuously learn new things and not afraid of taking on new challenges.

About Yinson Production

Yinson Production is the preferred and responsible FPSO contractor with good financial and ESG performance. As examples, our latest FPSO will have all available low emission technologies implemented including carbon capture and financially we have a contracted backlog of more than 20 BUSD. Currently we have 5 FPSOs and 1 FSO in operation and 3 FPSOs under construction. We are a slim but highly competent and efficient organization running the most successful company in the business. 

About Business Development in YP

We are a small team covering the world and located in 3 different time zones. We find new prospects, develop extensive tenders utilizing resources from different parts of the company and carry on to contracts are negotiated and in effect.

About the Position

• The Tender Manager will report to VP Business Development and will be key resources for the division and the company.
• The right person with the rights skills, dedication and talent can expect to move from this role into a VP Business Development position in the future.
• Work location is mainly in the Yinson office in Oslo, but with sporadic travels to our other Yinson offices as well as clients and subcontractors around the globe.
