We are continuing to grow and there is an available position as Engineer Pipe support in the Bergen and Stavanger office.

Responsibilities

• Design and modelling of piping support using E3D for static and dynamic loads.
• Generate drawings and other documents such as fabrication and work packages according to project requirements.
• Give input to MTO 
• Interact with clients and stakeholders on technical solutions to ensure the best solution for the client.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure an optimal design, effective execution and quality.
• Responsible for change control and risk control within own discipline.
• Planning, scheduling and execution of discipline activities and deliverables.
• Offshore surveys as required by various projects.
• Ensure the interfaces towards other disciplines are handled in an efficient way.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical education, preferably Bsc./Msc
• Experience with piping design, modelling pipe supports and production of drawings in multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience with fabrication- and installation follow up of produced material and As Built updates.
• Familiar with NORSOK and ISO standards
• Are familiar with 3D design tools – and preferably have previous hands-on experience.

Desired qualifications:

• Familiar with Equinor company specific requirements
• Experience working in a variety of projects including Concept, Pre-FEED, FEED and EPC for both brownfield and greenfield developments.

• Ability to work independently as well as in teams in all phases of the project from study to execution.
• Be systematic and structured.
• Proactive, seek advice from others and share you own experience.
