We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to provide outstanding client service to Markit clients in Norway.
Working as a Client Support Specialist you will get the opportunity to learn more about IT purchasing and IT trends. This is a great starting point to move into an Account Manager position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To provide outstanding customer service to Markit clients in Norway
- To look after our customer orders, inquiries and warranty cases
- To communicate with our partners and clients to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Experience in working with clients
- Secondary or higher education
- Fluent (C2) Norwegian language and good English language skills
- Ability and willingness to work independently and within a team
- Proactive attitude and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and desire to help
- Interest in IT would be a bonus
