Maintenance Planner

Vår Energi is looking for a Maintenance Planner within instrument discipline for our Maintenance Planning Department for Goliat. You will be part of a multi discipline team, responsible for preparing and scheduling maintenance tasks for the offshore installations. The work will require close collaboration within the team, with offshore as well as the technical and modification departments ensuring that SIMOPS opportunities or limitations are managed. Contributing to finding solutions to technical issues and to ensuring improvement to systems and organization will also be part of the job.

• Prepare, plan, prioritize and schedule corrective and preventive maintenance work based on risk, available POB (personnel onboard) and simultaneous activities ensuring it is planned and executed to meet company strategies and objectives, as well as all Authority requirements
• Create requisition for necessary materials, tools and service personnel for maintenance execution and keep close dialogue with vendors and suppliers to ensure material and services are delivered and available in due time
• First line technical support for offshore, within mechanical discipline
• Contribute to continuous improvement of preventive maintenance programs, spare part inventory, BOM (Bill of Material) lists, cost spending, work processes and tools

• Certificate of apprenticeship in instrument or automation, can be compensated by experience
• 4-5 years of relevant experience such as planning and execution of maintenance activities
• Experience from offshore is an advantage
• Fluent written and oral communication skills, both in English and Norwegian
• Competence in SAP (Maintenance module)
• Good knowledge of all Authority and functional requirements within area
