Job description

The Field Application Manager is one of the most important roles in the Pixii organization. In close cooperation with the global Support & Commissioning team, you will handle all Support & Commissioning related inquiries in Scandinavia. You will be handling and forwarding inquiries, perform commissioning of our systems globally, and you are expected to proactively suggest improvements of our tools and processes for the benefit of Pixii and our customers.

You will have a great understanding of how the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) branch operates. This includes handling customer inquiries based on their specific needs reactively, but also with proactive commissioning, calibration and monitoring of their system(s).

The Field Application Manager will contribute on working strategically and hands-on with more efficient ways of handling inquiries with right tools and processes, for the convenience of both Pixii and our customers.

You will work in a hyper-growth environment and must be comfortable with both high pace and travelling globally. You will further on have good opportunities to influence and create results in the company's international growth.


Responsibilities

  • Secure market leading customer satisfaction through excellent handling of our customers
  • Manage and provide support and commissioning for all our Scandinavian customers and partners
  • You will have the possibility to build and lead a Scandinavian Support & Commissioning organization in the future
  • Proactively perform commissioning of the customers systems, and reactively respond to any questions or inquiries customers might have through our ticketing tool(s)
  • Work closely with the Customer Success- and the RnD team to suggest good processes for handling of commissioning and support inquiries.
  • Contribute on long-term strategies for a more efficient Support & Commissioning Organization through right tools, processes and resources.

Requirements

  • Technical College, or Bachelor-degree in Electric Engineering, Data Science or similar relevant field
  • Certificate as an electrician, automation technician or similar relevant field with hands-on technical experience
  • Experience with handling of customer inquiries through Ticketing-tools such as HubSpot, Zendesk etc.
  • Experience and interest related to cloud tools such as Thingsboard
  • Experience related to Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) is a great advantage.
  • Flexible to travel around the world in general, and in Scandinavia/Slovakia especially.
