We are hiring a talented Webflow professional to build beautiful, relevant, scalable Visma Group web

The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean web design and technical skills in Webflow to help execute site production. 


Role

You will help us leverage and optimize our most valuable marketing assets, the international and local websites of Visma Group. You are part of a small team responsible for creating new sites and improving those.

You will help us in Visma to be the leading software company in our core markets and open new countries for Visma with an excellent web presence.  

You will

• Execute visual designs to Webflow development and local sites

• Bring simplicity and user-friendliness to our sites in collaboration with UX.

• Improve user flows, communication and process flows

• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards with the team to gain scalability and top-notch quality brand across Europe.

• Initiate and run projects and continuous improvement. 

• Be a superuser of Webflow CMS and related tools for group websites.

• Help to create new concepts for local needs.

• Participate in knowledge sharing for the related platforms.

• Help in educating local users of Webflow.

You may be a fit if

• You have experience in using Webflow from concepts to execution.

• You are capable of creating technical solutions in Webflow.  

• You have proven work experience as a web designer and/or developer.

• You have demonstrable graphic design skills.

• You have solid experience creating wireframes, user flows, process flows, and site maps.

• You have an eye for design and are proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.

• You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, with several projects simultaneously and handling time pressure.

• You can accomplish tasks with quality in an agile environment.

• You have relevant experience regarding other digital marketing tools.

• You have a curious mindset to stay updated about the newest trends. 

• You have excellent communication skills, written and oral, in English.

• You have a positive team player with a service-minded mindset.
