Training and development Professional

Omega 365 Solutions is looking for a Training and Development Professional to join our Omega 365 Academy team. You will be responsible for organizing, developing and producing different online training courses, video material and guidelines for internal staff and clients domestically and abroad. The right candidate is service oriented, has a great IT Software understanding and works efficiently with digital tools.

As our new team member, you will play a key role in the development of knowledge around our products and contribute to Omega 365’s future success.  

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produce content and courses for the Omega 365 Academy.
• Work closely with the product development teams, and incorporate new product features into our training material, courses and documentation
• Quality Assurance of existing course offerings and initiate relevant updates when needed
• Contribute to the administration and facilitation of online and on-site trainings, video production and organize training plans and schedules 

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with delivering trainings
• Good IT competency and understanding of digital solutions and systems
• Experience from software development and / or support is preferable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Norwegian
