Sustainability Lead Norway

We are looking for a Sustainability Lead to further develop the sustainability agenda in Telia Norway. You will play an instrumental role in achieving results in relation to our sustainability goals as we execute on our business strategy. The location of this position is in Oslo.

With a bold sustainability agenda, thoroughly integrated in our business strategy, we take responsibility for our impacts and are committed to empower our customers and the societies we operate in. Three prioritized impact areas have been selected to maximize impact – Climate & Circularity, Digital Inclusion and Privacy & Security – supported by a solid foundation for responsible business covering other impact areas as needed.

Do you want to make better happen?
As the Sustainability Lead of Telia Norway, you will coordinate the execution of our sustainability goals and track progress. You will both be leading projects and programs on material topics and support/coach colleagues who have responsibility for defined parts of the work. You will be part of an international team and will regularly report both to the Telia Norway management team and to Group. You will work across functions internally and represent Telia in engagement and collaborative initiatives with external partners to increase impact.

Is this you?

• You are a challenger
• You have 2-3 years of relevant experience and expertise from the sustainability field and a relevant university degree
• You have previous experience with similar roles with focus on environment and/or human rights
• You are experienced in leading projects and programs of various sizes with a can-do attitude and are keen to interact and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• You have excellent communicative and presentation skills in Norwegian and English 
• You are a good pedagogue with an ability to make colleagues understand the complex
•  You have worked in the past with ISO management systems or know a little bit about it
• You have an ability to combine strategic long-term work with day-to-day operational execution
• Earlier experience from the ICT/tech industry is a merit
