Helly Hansen is now looking for a new member to their successful Lifestyle category. Product Manager Lifestyle is a key role in the product team and will oversee and support a wide range of tasks and business areas. Some of these areas are creation of world class product collections; building sustainable product solutions; driving consumer oriented innovations, strengthening and driving the brand forward; managing all information management tools; supporting internal and external stakeholders; including marketing and sales; and delivering analysis of the financial performance of the Lifestyle category.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop extensive knowledge and be a source of information on product, consumers, competitors, customers, and trends.
- Develop seasonal product briefs according to category strategy, financial targets, key market-, consumer-, and customer needs. This includes developing a product collection that can support and drive the category from both a brand building and commercial perspective.
- Manage all product information management tools
- Support in category and product presentations to internal and external stakeholders. This includes customer meetings, training of internal sales force and customer operations, and seasonal marketing meetings.
- Develop seasonal product price strategies according to market needs and financial targets and support in seasonal pricing meetings with HH salesforce.
- Analyse internal orderbooks and financial data to drive insight for the rest of the category team.
- Build competitor analysis with insights relevant for the development and launch of new seasonal product collections
- Support and manage the development of seasonal sell-in tools, including seasonal buyers’ guides.
- Work closely with the rest of the organization, including designers and developers, and be a positive contribution to the work culture.

- Good presentation and communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment
- Fluent in written and spoken English

Qualifications
- Preferable 3-5 years business and/or financial education
- Experience from a similar role is positive, but not required

This position is a full-time employment at our Oslo Headquarters, but working remote from time to time can be agreed.
