Specialist in one or more Success Factors module
- We are looking for a specialists with experience within SuccessFactors Employee Central, Onbaording and/ or Compensation module, to help us improve the employee journey, and to continue Orkla`s digital HR transformation. Orkla has started a global rollout of SAP SuccessFactors in more than 20 countries and need to further build our specialist team. If you like to work with others to make the digital employee journey in Orkla as effortless as possible and you like to work with improvement and support, this would be an opportunity for you.
- We need a team member that can deliver support and development on a global scale and contribute to analysis and implementation of system and process change
Key highlights of the role:
- You must be interest in people and technology, developing and improving the employee journey for our employees
- Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create improvements powered by SAP SuccessFactors
- Your role will support us in the analysis, testing and implementing of releases, new functionality and recommendations to enhance and develop new system capabilities
- Responsible for supporting SAP SuccessFactors and overseeing smaller projects, which may include ownership of the workplan, timelines, communication with stakeholders, monitoring of execution
What do you need to have?
- Bachelor's degree preferably in relevant subjects
- Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central, Onbaording or Compensation
- Minimum of 1 end-to-end SuccessFactors Employee Central, Onboarding or Compensation implementation
- Fluent in English, and one Scandinavian language

- The position is suited to creative mindset so if you have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond to new challenges and ideas this role is for you
- Continue to learn and develop your technical SAP SuccessFactors and business expertise, and interest to deliver training and maintenance of vocational skills
- Ability to work with highly confidential data
- Ability to proactively seek out ways to simplify processes and look for opportunity to leverage technology,
- Ability to interact and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
