A part of Tietoevry Banking Legal & Compliance responsibility area, the Regulatory Compliance team supports in maintain and develop a common compliance framework that enables the organization to comply with agreed contractual, regulatory and legal requirements. 

Regulatory Compliance Manager 

Main work areas: 

• Be up to date in the field in general, and especially significant laws, rules and framework conditions that entail significant risk for Tietoevry Banking area  
• Communicate relevant regulatory requirements to the organization 
• Advise and support the organization on issues related to regulatory compliance, and participating in sales and customer processes 
• Responsibility for the implementation of internal and external compliance forums and activities related to the implementation of necessary requirements in deliveries 
• Assist in the further development of appropriate methodologies to identify, assess, and monitor compliance risk and at the same time strengthen a culture of compliance. Among other things, through reporting, training activities, drafting legal analysis, workshops, and management reviews 

We expect you to have:  

• A Norwegian law degree, alternatively higher degree within relevant field with at least some years of relevant experience within GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) 
• Good knowledge of regulatory requirements for financial undertakings and especially requirements related to core banking and payment solutions 
• Good understanding or interest of the connection between the IT environment and regulatory requirements 
• Ability to understand, interpret and communicate regulations  
• Ability to build good relationships, is a strong team player and communicates well across business areas and roles in the organization 
• Be able to lead and ensure implementation of projects/activities within set deadlines 
• High work capacity, integrity, and ability to work independently and structured 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably in one of the Nordic languages
