Beckmann is growing in our German speaking markets and is in need of a service minded colleague to join our team. Our customer service department consists of 4 employees with 3 different nationalities and all are based in Kristiansand.

Responsibilites and tasks

Provide excellent customer service to B2B and B2C customers
Order handling
Shipping inquiries - missing/damaged items in shipping,
Product questions
Claims and reclamations
Payment inquiries
Order processing from customers and/or Beckmann sales team
Ad hoc

Qualifications and qualities

Fluent in German
Seviceminded
Ability to work effectively while handling several communication channels simultaneously (phone, mail, chat)
