Purpose of the role:

               

• To handle the customer complaint in a prompt and efficient manner.

• To feedback appropriate solutions to the customer.

• To investigate the reasons behind Missing Items, Wrong Shipments or Technical   Complaints and participate in driving improvements with stakeholders.

• To handle the administrative tasks for complaints to support the customers and to be the owner for the total complaints overview.

• To ensure each issue is assigned to an appropriate owner and is followed up in a timely fashion.

 

 

Main tasks:        

 

• Handle the complaint cases, including creating complaint replacement orders and sending order confirmations or issuing credit notes to customers according to the complaint handling process.

• Create complaint cases towards our suppliers when products are not delivered in a satisfactory manner.

• Follow-up complaints and RMAs with respective stakeholder, including all communications with customers (solutions and/or progress on case resolution).

• Coordinate with internal team for root cause analysis of complaints to ensure communication to market can be done timely and according to expectations.

• Work with Customers, R&D, Production, Suppliers or other stakeholders, to ensure Technical Complaint KPIs are measured/reported and alert the organization of recurring or larger issues.

• Perform complaint data analysis and tracking on a continuous basis, ensuring the top 3 are at all times handled by the value chain.

• Check claims towards warranty end time for each project when applicable.
