As our new Business Development Representative you will be part a growing, dynamic and dedicated sales team. You will be responsible for top-of-funnel sales activities. By working closely with experienced Account Executives and VP of Sales you will be exposed to all parts of the commercial process. You will be an important and integral part of Promon's further growth, and will expand your already valuable experience and professional network.

Areas of focus and impact:

  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing cold and warm prospects and finding new potential sales channels
  • Create qualified sales opportunities for the Account Executive team through cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn/Social
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market through the use of our tools and knowledge of the industry
  • Actively learn about the A-Z of sales and constantly iterate to improve the outbound strategy in place

Your background and experience:

  • You ideally have 1 year of experience in an outbound/sales role
  • You are fluent in English, both oral and written
  • You are ideally fluent in German, both oral and written
  • Your communication skills are top notch
