Senior Accountant - Joint Ventures

The position

• Take part in a strong professional accounting and reporting network.
• Play a key role in Equinor's joint venture transactions from an accounting, tax and reporting perspective. 
• Be responsible for the calculating and booking of transactions for joint ventures.
• Provide support to various part of the business related to potential and ongoing Joint Venture transactions, including review of agreements.
• Contribute on continuous development and building a strong safety culture.

• A master’s degree in Accounting or Finance. A bachelor’s degree with relevant experience may compensate.
• 3+ years' experience of joint ventures accounting.
• A proficient software user, able to use SAP, Office 365, and in particular Microsoft Excel.
• A team player with good communication and collaboration skills, and a proficiency in English and Norwegian, both oral and written.
• A willingness to learn, including new digital tools and skills.
• A candidate that is proactive, solution-oriented and has attention to detail.
• A candidate with high ethical integrity.
