With more than a hundred years of experience, Aibel is a leading supplier within the oil, gas and offshore wind industries. We offer our customers optimal and innovative solutions within engineering, construction, modifications and maintenance throughout the project's life cycle. Exciting, right?

We are now looking for a new college in our Supplier Quality Management department, 
 who can contribute to Aibel's exciting journey in the ongoing energy transition.

 

Your responsibilities:
 

  • Evaluate and approve suppliers incl. Supplier Quality Audits
  • Participate as SQ member in designated Product groups
  • Establish relevant SRM (Supplier Relations Management) plans, reports and activities that support SCM SQ.
  • Ensure transfer of best practice, including implementation of New requirements (Transparency & Sustainability)
  • Coordination & administration of Approved Vendor List (AVL)
  • Supplier Performance management work (harvesting and evaluation of: SPE, SPA, Nonconformity)
  • Cooperation with PRE&PRB
  • Onboarding of supplier
  • Must be willing to expect travel both nationally and internationally for periods

 

Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant area, or similar qualifications will be considerd
  • Knowledge of the energy industry 
  • Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience from
    • Quality Management
    • Project experience
    • Procurement
  • Experience with auditing and management systems

 

Required Qualifications:

  • English Language at business level
  • Structured and targeted
  • Good collaboration and communication skills
  • High ethical awareness and integrity
  • Solution-oriented, responsible, flexible and open
