Responsibilities

o Daily purchasing including dialogues with business clients and requisitioners understanding expectations and analyzing needs
o Based on client's needs, negotiate contracts, set call offs and purchase orders towards suppliers
o Follow up and manage active purchase orders
o Efficient contract operationalization in collaboration with contract responsible
o Process supplier pre-qualifications
o Take an active role in order to deliver on our targets such as increased efficiency, RPA utilization and to seek new ways of working.

Qualifications

o Supply chain management and procurement experience
o Understanding the Company's value chain and especially the drilling & well domain
o Confident managing relationships with both business clients and suppliers
o Proficiency level in O365, otherwise strong IT skills incl. SAP
o Fluent in Norwegian and English
o Relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications
o Have you experience from Equinor, that is an advantage
