Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customer we are now looking for a Senior Process Engineer 24376.

Job responsibilities:
Work as a Process Engineer with focus on process safety and modifications to the existing LNG plant at Melkøya (Snøhvit). Focus will be to determine and describe the scope for modifications based on solving HAZOP- and process safety gaps actions. This will involve all process systems on the LNG plant.

The work will be executed as part of a larger process discipline group that handles both maintenance, modifications and EPCI deliverables for new major modules, e.g. compressor and electric steam boiler.

Tasks include:
-  Simulation in Unisim / FlareNet
-  Calculations
-  Process Datasheets
-  Update P&ID’s
-  Update Procedures
-  Multidiscipline co-ordination

Skills:

Required Education:
MSc or BSc with required experience
 
Required Work Experience:
-  Min. 8 years working experience within FEED and EPC
-  Working experience with Brownfield projects on NCS or Norwegian onshore O&G facilities
-  Detail knowledge in NCS requirements (NORSOK, Ptil/PSA) and Equinor requirements

Required Qualifications:
-  Ability to work independently and thorough as well as ability to work in team
-  Multidiscipline understanding
-  Good communication skills
-  Have a high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements
-  Be proactive, seeking advice and share own experiences with others
-  Communicate skills in English – both oral and in writing
-  Communication skills in Norwegian – both oral and in writing are preferred.

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway with valid work permit.
