Job Description:

  • Digital Platform Managers determine and oversee the delivery of the strategy and roadmap for their platform to achieve business outcomes, serve users’ needs and financial objectives.
  • Their responsibilities include coordinating with an ecosystem of business, information, technology, and vendor stakeholders to set priorities, manage new development and operations of the platform.
  • Digital Platform Manager provides direction and oversight to vendors and/or teams working with vendor(s) to develop and operate the platform.
  • Understand business and technology strategies and vision, key financial drivers, most important business and technology objectives, and consumers’ pain points to explore how to best create value and set a vision for the platform that can be used to guide future development.
  • Create a shared understanding of what business/data/technology capabilities and services the platform should offer to best serve other products and support the business to enable desired business outcomes.
  • Develop a platform strategy and roadmap for providing the best business/data/technology capabilities and services; develop commercial models and strategic partnerships with vendors to deliver the platform.
  • Secure funding, manage budget and finances for the platform, follow-up, and quality assure deliveries from external vendors. Serve as the single point of contact for vendors in strategic questions and escalation point.
  • Represent Company's interest in joint planning and roadmapping with vendors and manage internal dependencies, reconcile conflicting priorities, and align with key stakeholders’ time constraints.
  • Provide ongoing assurance and transparency to key stakeholders and Product Managers dependent on the platform’s development.
  • Responsibilities at strategic and tactical level. Follow up outsourced operational activities
  • Collaborate with vendors to measure, monitor, and improve the platform’s performance
  • Must be able to participant in physical business meetings cross locations if necessary
  • ServiceNow and End User portal Platform Ownership
  • AIOps solutions (OpsRamp) Platform Ownership
  • E2E monitoring solutions (OpsRamp) Platform Ownership

Qualifications:
  • Higher education on bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the business/IT domain in which the product exists
  • Experience in product management and/or product or service design, delivery/project management, operations, budgeting, and financial management related to products is preferred
  • Effectively expresses technical and business concepts, ideas, feelings, opinions, and conclusions. Writes clearly and correctly to meet the audience’s needs and stimulate interest.
  • Ability to influence and manage stakeholder expectations. Collaborates to create a shared vision or objectives. Works with stakeholders to discern strategic goals; surfaces risks and opportunities.
  • Demonstrate conceptual understanding of ICT solutions and their purposes
  • Understand what it takes to maintain cost effective Operations
  • Documented ITSM or ITIL related training or certifications
  • Experience working with Service Management workflows, ITSM processes or ITIL framework
  • Experience, training, or certification with LEAN method will be an advantage
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English language, written and spoken
  • Experience with administration or platform ownership of the tool ServiceNow is a prerequisite
  • Experience with administration or at super user level of automation tools and systems will be an advantage
  • Experience with administration or at super user level of End-to-end monitoring tools and systems will be an advantage
