As a Business Analyst you will work closely with CFO and other Group Managers in different kind of projects being a strong analytical resource working cross functional to support business objectives.

The position reports to group CFO and is placed at Geomatikk headquarters in Oslo. Some travel is required.

Key responsibilities

Act as a business partner for functional groups and business unit leadership teams
Lead or contribute to the company’s strategic projects
Develop insights, financial analysis, and decision support for improvement- and cost initiatives
Support investment decisions by developing or validating business cases and/or return analysis
Participate in M&A projects and integration activities
Process improvements and ad-hoc analysis

Key Competencies

Master’s degree in business or finance
3-5 years’ experience from management consulting or as an analyst in a larger company
Very good proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with strong analytical capability
Excellent command in written and oral English and one of the Nordic languages
Ambitious and results-driven individual, prepared to roll up the sleeves and with the ability to bring a project or a task from beginning to end
Good listener with strong communication skills, applied internally and externally to information gathering and analysis
Strong team orientation, finding it easy to establish and build relationships
