Our IT & Phone Management team at Stord is now looking for a Switchboard Administrator.

What will you be doing?

• Daily operation of Aker Solutions’ switchboard for all norwegian locations.
• Daily operation of Aker Solutions’ reception at Stord Yard, which includes various administrative tasks, such as greeting visitors, answering telephones and emails, help employees and visitors navigate through the office etc.
• Registration of mobile devices and telephone numbers into Aker Solutions’ database.

We think you should have:

• Well developed IT skills
• Outgoing and service minded
• Well developed collaboration skills
• Must master both the norwegian and english language very well.
• Must cope well with a busy work schedule, and be flexible.
• Administration-oriented education
