We are a high-quality service organization that develop products and technical solutions throughout the life cycle of the energy wells. The purpose of this role is to advise and oversee compliance of HSE Management systems within Interwell Norway.

Main Activites:

• Monitor compliance to Occupational Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSE) legislation and requirements
• Develop, maintain and implement HSE procedures & HSE plans
• Facilitate & advise HSE Risk assessments incl. Environmental Aspects & Impacts
• Develop training presentations, conduct training, lessons learned and HSE communication 
• Perform Internal and External HSE audits

Qualifications:

• Bsc degree or relevant work experience
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and standards, incl. ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IOGP 510  
• Knowledge of Quality standards, incl. ISO 9001
• Experience in HSE and Quality work incl. Audits
• Fluent English - both written and oral
• Systematic and accurate
