Aker Solutions at Ågotnes delivers tier one Subsea services to our clients within our strong operational and maintenance segment. We have Aker Solutions’ largest service base and are responsible for all Aker Solutions delivered subsea equipment for the Norwegian continental shelf.

The Global Rental Tool Pool provide a comprehensive range of subsea rental equipment suitable for the demands of all projects, freeing customers from the need to invest, store and manage their own tooling. Rental equipment is fully compatible with the subsea equipment being delivered. Aker Solutions Subsea in Ågotnes and Tranby is now looking for a Delivery Lead for the Global Rental Tool Pool to join our team.

What will you be doing?

• As a Delivery Lead for the Global Rental Tool Pool, you will become part of a highly skilled team who serves our cliets with all tools and rental assets they need to deliver their projects worldwide
• You will be working closely with all Subsea projects to secure asset and tool availability, booking and purchasing
• You will be point of contact towards Sales and Tender team for rental scope of work
• An exciting part of the role is to be involved in Capex investments, with responsibility to secure approved investements within budget
• The Delivery Lead will also gatekeep and secure that technical interface checks, modifications and testing are executed
• Work location is in our modern facilities in Ågotnes or Tranby, with some opportunity to travel on occation

• You probably have a Bachelor degree within technical and/or financial subjects, but long relevant experience within the subsea industry is also a good background to have
• Experience with subsea equipment is an advantage
• If you have a commercial mindset and good negotiation skills, you will thrive in this role
• Since the clients are located worldwide, good English language skills, written and oral is crucial to succeed in this role
