Situated just about 15 minutes from Oslo, The Well is the leading spa resort & re-creation centre in the Nordics. The spa, which spreads over an area of 10.500 m², opened in 2015 and offers many different facilities. With its 15 saunas and steam rooms, 11 pools and basins and unique architecture and theme play, The Well has internationally made its mark on the spa map.

In 2021 The Well have opened doors of the hotel that is directly connected to Spa facilities. Our hotel has 104 fantastic rooms, rooftop restaurant, bar, gym and conference rooms.

For one of our restaurants, BRASSERIE - an all-day dining restaurant we now recruit for the position as HOVMESTER. The restaurant which has a seating capacity for 250 guests is operated with a casual dining concept and forms an important place for the guest well-being at The Well. We are looking for an energetic, service-minded and driven professional who is eager to create and produce unforgettable guest experiences for our guests.

As a HOVMESTER you will be responsible for the daily running of the restaurant operations, the implementation of effective working routines and ensure that you form a team which delivers exceptional guest experiences.

You are a team player and know how to implement and keep a good working environment as well as working across and with other departments. You can motivate your colleagues with passion & drive, you are a good communicator and you aim for best results at all times.

The position as HOVMESTER is an operative position and requires a high level of know-how on running an operation in a high paced F & B environment.

Your qualifications:

• Experience in similar role in high volume place
• Education in hospitality field is a plus
• Good spoken communication skills in English or/and one of Scandinavian languages
