You will work in a small, but growing company. The person we look for should be dynamic and a team player (not formed by a large company processes etc.)
We are not necessarily bound by roles, meaning that it is expected that you are be able to support on many areas, and are willing to learn and develope your experience.
Preferable:
- Seagoing experience combined with higher education
- Chief engineer/superintendent with project experience
- Experience in FPSO, LNG/LPG. Gas-process experience is important
- Ability to use practical experience and approach as support in decision making (fit for purpose)
- Good at understand Client needs and transfer them into the project
Technical skills/competencies:
Experience from Marine / Oil and Gas
Working with large systems with many stakeholders and ability to identify critical interfaces and risks across the different stakeholders
Technical Manager in medium-large sized projects
Strong quality and HSE focus on engineering and operations
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Ability to work under minimal supervision, proactive approach
Please note that work location is Oslo.
