Wilhelmsen Ships Service is looking for Business Controllers to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team (FP&A). We supply thousands of different vessel maintenance products, to thousands of different customers, in all corners of the world. Business Controllers plays a key role in the development of the company by providing analysis and decision material for providing decision material with executive management and our network. Join a team of four other dedicated professionals and report to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis.

You will be responsible for:

• Perform analysis and benchmarking of financial and operational performance for different geographies and functions
• Monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis of financial results
• Contribute to target setting for financial and operational KPIs while measuring the organization against these
• Create and manage PowerBI dashboards, while also ensuring robust and efficient report distribution
• Day-to-day executive management support

Required experience and skills:

• BSc./MSc. degree in finance/business administration
• 0-2 years of experience, graduates are encouraged to apply
• Analytical mindset
• Good understanding of systems and business processes
• Accurate, timely and systematic nature
• Good command of English, both oral and written
• Experience with Business Intelligence platforms, especially PowerBI is an advantage
• IT literate, holds good knowledge of MS Office with Excel and PowerPoint in particular
