Job Description:

• Managing changes across the project field
• Coordinate changes and follow-up on the review and approval chain to secure
  progress
• Organise weekly project change board meetings including follow-up meetings with
  MoC coordinators
• Participate in delivery lines change board when required
• Own the project MoC process
• Support and contribute with registration of MoCs into PIMS module
• Coordinate and confirm implementation of changes

• M.Sc./B.Sc. in engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience from multidiscipline projects within E&P
• Experience with one or more project delivery lines (Facility, Drilling, Subsea, HSSEQ,
  Operations). As will previously experience with one of the service providers to E&P.
• Good technical and multidiscipline overview

• Have good interpersonal communication- and influencing skills
• Team player with a One Team behavior, proactively seeking advice and sharing
  knowledge
• Self-starter with a strong delivery focus
• Structured and systematic
