The Delivery Executive reports to the Head of Delivery Private in Tietoevry Connect Norway. The Delivery Executive holds principal responsibility for the governance and development of a customer commitment.  

Your main responsibility and tasks:  

• Responsible for managing project portfolio of cross service line deliveries within customer scope.  
• Responsible for customer delivery success and satisfaction.  
• Responsible for proactively ensuring appropriate quality processes are defined and implemented at all deliveries.  
• Drive add-on sales within existing current delivery scope at account.  
• Responsible for managing Customer experience through delivery quality.  
• Building good relationship with both internal stakeholders and customer representatives  
• Responsible for contract fulfillment and delivery profitability  

Your experience:  

• Leadership experience with strong results in people and customer management  
• You are known for proven value creation for customers.  
• Track record of financial performance and operational excellence  
• Strong business understanding in the Private sector 
• Language: Fluent Norwegian and English, both oral and written  

Your personal characteristics :

• You have passion to perform together with Customer team and customers management level  
• Curiosity and openness to learn, improve and share.  
• You are a natural collaborator and relationship builder with all internal and external stakeholders. 
• Excellent communication skills
