We are in the need to strengthen our SAP team with you who can serve as the in-house SAP PTP expert on a Greenfield #SAP4HANA and #SAPPTP implementation process. The PTP Lead will work closely with the SAP implementation partner and business stakeholders throughout the implementation process, and will provide on-going support, enhancements, and upgrades / new rollouts as needed.

You will be responsible for the full systems lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation of SAP PTP functional solutions, both Upstream (Sourcing, Contract, SLP) and Downstream (PTP). You therefore need to have experience as a PTP Solution Lead and with 5-7 Full Life Cycle implementations, meaning project preparation through post go-live Hyper Care.


What will you be doing in this role?

• As an SAP PTP Functional lead, you will lead and manage a functional team on SAP S4 HANA implementation & rollout projects or SAP S4 HANA support & maintenance projects within the Source to Pay functional area
• You will work closely with our vendors and our HMH Sourcing team for both direct and indirect cost procurement and must demonstrate individual, functional, and professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure HMH satisfaction
• Based on user requirements analysis you will prepare or validate functional design and specifications, system configuration, perform relevant testing and deployment of the designed business solution
• You will also work with the warehouse team in inventory management and Cycle counting for IM managed inventory and should have a good working knowledge of Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)

Who are we looking for?
You must have the ability to apply project management expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies for clients:

• Excellent understanding of PTP configurations, dependencies, and interrelationships between separate functional modules of SAP S4 HANA
• Solid experience in implementing Intercompany & Intracompany solutions within organizations using STO & Sales Order / Purchase Order combination is a must
• Configuration experience in Purchasing, Materials Management, Sourcing and Contract Management, Invoice Management, Tax Setup & Inventory Management
