The eMobilty team in Circle K is a corporate startup with a global reach. We are a part of a big company, and our team is the global hub for innovation within electric mobility. Our mission is to shape the future of electric mobility and make it easy for people to transition to electric vehicles. That mission does not limit us to provide charging solutions, but we are expected to explore every opportunity there is to help customers with the transition to electric mobility.
The eMobility team is now looking for an outstanding Business Architect to help shape the future of our eMobility business.

Circle K eMobility Technology organization is responsible for ensuring that we have a suitable technology strategy, adequate technical capabilities, a scalable and extendable platform that underpins our business and product strategy. eMobiliuty as a functional global entity is delivering products and customer experience that fits the needs of the EV Market through our Business Units and at the same time deliver operational excellence (cost, quality and time-to-market).
Circle K eMobility as a Platform requires that we are in the forefront of the technical domain development, that we drive standardization, that we develop the platform eco-system and continuously develop the adjacencies of our products and platform. We cultivate a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement, establishing the processes, tools and governance to support innovation.

What will you do?

• Advise on key initiatives, processes, structures and/or governance in support of strategic alignment of technology solutions to business goals.
• Work closely with the organisation to set the business technology strategy and pursue innovation opportunities.
• Establish and communicate the integrated business-technology strategy, and underpinning technology sourcing and service strategies, to enable the realisation of the organisation’s vision. Continuously monitor the external technology and competitive landscape.
• Develop a close link between the business and the technology organisation, representing the ‘voice’ of technology in the business and vice-versa.
• Identify, incubate and exploit relevant technology innovation opportunities that benefit the business and its customers, either in-house or through the use of third parties.

• A broad view of the business and varied degrees of appreciation for strategies, processes, technologies, and governance
• The skill to apply architectural principles to business solutions
• The ability to conceptualize and design high-level models
• Experience in creating business processes
• Exceptional liaison abilities to convey information needs of the business to Tech and Product and data constraints to the business, similar conveyance capabilities regarding both business, product and tech strategy, business processes and workflow automation, business as well as platform initiatives
• Has collaborated closely with tech teams
• Enthusiastic and empathic, excellent communicator and collaborator
• Understand software development
• Appreciates diversity and an international work environment
