About the role

We are looking for an Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) Business Partner for the CCR Norwegian Operation ideally based in Oslo Area, to establish solid working relationships with Country Service Manager & Country Solutions Manager.

In your role you will be expected to ensure that all CCR EH&S Goals are met in full and within set timeframes, and a Best Practice EH&S Program has been implemented that is focused on ZERO Incidents and Enforcement Action, Company & Regulatory Compliance, and Continuous Improvement.

The ideal candidate must be flexible and must establish solid networks with the Global EH&S Team, & Factory and Engineering Partners.

Responsibilities

· Business Partner with Country Service & Solutions Organisations ensuring that Safe Work Methods are identified that remain compliant to Carrier and Regulatory Requirements but also support business performance

· Support external customer actions relevant to Country EH&S Program

· Reduce or Eliminate use of third Party EH&S Consultants

· Support Carrier CCR EMEA Working Groups to drive down procurement costs for Tooling Equipment, PPE, and General Safety Consumable

· Eliminate Recordable Incidents – to support Service or Solutions Productivity

· Create positive Leadership and be a Role Model for the EH&S Program in all CCR Country Operations

Requirements

We are looking for people who can work independently, execute initiatives, drive continuous program improvement, ensure focus on Zero Accident Goal & Regulatory Compliance, while being a business partner with Country Commercial Leaders and establishing solid networks with the Global EH&S Team:

· Minimum Bachelor’s degree

· Minimum two years’ experience in similar roles

· Norwegian and English language skills
