The role 

We are currently looking for a talented Business Controller, who will help driving the financial and performance agenda across Stokke. You will use your skills and experience to identify financial risks and opportunities and work collaboratively with various stakeholders to improve and optimize the margins of our product lines. You will need to use your knowledge and business understanding to see the big picture and discuss this cross functional in the company. 

Other key tasks and responsibilities

• Product cost calculation, allocation, and analysis
• Building business cases for Innovation and New Product Development projects
• Running business review and presenting to Management Team 
• Support in preparing the monthly management reporting for the consolidated Stokke Group
• Supporting various ongoing projects such as M&A activity

You are familiar with planning, budgeting, and reporting cycle management, but is eager to learn more. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and feel comfortable with decision making and voicing your opinion. 

Desired qualifications and skills: 

• Higher education in the field of Finance/Business or similar
• Great if you have minimum 3 years of work experience from Business Controlling, Auditing, Consultancy or similar 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• International work experience is a plus
