CTS Nordics are looking for a Marketing Manager at their Oslo office!

CTS Nordics Group of Companies is seeking an innovative marketing manager to promote our different companies' brands and services. In this role, you will create marketing strategies for our different companies and in the four Nordics countries, in which we want to work. The marketing strategy is only based on the promotion of our capabilities and successes and not on identifying new business leads.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

• Developing marketing strategies for the different companies of CTS Nordics Holding AS.
• Analyzing market trends and see if they fit with our businesses.
• Increasing brand awareness in Europe and the US.
• Coordinating specific marketing actions and promotions together with our business partners.
• Overseeing branding, advertising, events, congresses and promotional campaigns.
• Preparing and presenting monthly and quarterly reports to CEO
• Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
• Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.

Marketing Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
• A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
• At least ten years' experience as a marketing manager.
• Proficiency in electronic marketing automation and social media.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Superb communication, organizational and collaboration abilities.
