People Advisor (temporary)

We are now looking for a People Advisor for our fulfillment center at Lier for a 3 months assignment. As our People Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our operational leaders and help solving a wide range of HR-related topics and inquiries. This role will report to the Director of People in Norway. 

What you’ll do as a People Advisor in Oda Norway

• Advisor in HR-related questions from leaders
• Support leaders in following up and developing employees
• Proactive coaching of leaders in building engaged teams
• Asses employee engagement, culture development, and personnel matters as key areas of focus and impact
• Facilitate a good collaboration with employee representatives, health & safety representatives, AMU, etc.

• You work in a structured way and you are great at getting stuff done

• You are interested in a temporary role 

The following will be helpful

• You have at least 5 years work experience working with HR in an operational company (e.g. logistics, production, factory, industry).
• You have expertise in Norwegian employment law
• You have excellent written and oral presentation skills, both in Norwegian and English
