You will be responsible for recruiting, supporting and developing talent through policies and procedures, as well as managing administrative tasks. To be successful in this role, you should have a sound understanding of full recruiting cycle and solid knowledge of labor legislation.
The HR Business Partner will be an integral part of a close-knit team in the Roxar Head Office, where there are a multitude of interesting HR challenges.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
• Lead effective onboarding and exit processes; i.e new hires, leavers and transfers.
• Main point of contact towards the payroll department.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and system.
• Administration of pension and insurance scheme.
• Be actively involved in recruitment activities. This includes assisting with the approval process for hire, advertisement, candidate screening and interview administration, reference checks, finalizing contracts, visa applications and registration of new employees in the HR database and in the payroll system.
• Implement training and development programs.
• EHS/Working Environment Committee support and administration follow up.
• Drive the annual performance management process.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
• BSc/BA in human resources, business administration, social studies or relevant field, however relevant work experience may compensate for the lack of university education.
• Demonstrable experience in HR, preferably some knowledge in collective labour law.
• Excellent command of English language, good Norwegian reading comprehension is also required. English is our company language.
• Strong MS Office skills. Ability to learn various HR and recruiting databases.
