What we're looking for

We are seeking an experienced Creative Writer with great storytelling skills to join our team. The role reports to the Marketing Manager and works with different divisions and people across the company.

Location: Stavanger and Oslo. For the right person we are also open for talent that can work remote.

You will work with

• Manage the creative process from concept to completion on multi-platform digital campaigns
• Research - Become great at what you're writing about.
• Translate marketing objectives into creative stories.
• Work closely with content creator and graphic designer.
• Ensure Pio has a tone of voice and attitude that is resounding our vibe.
• Oversee deliverables, timelines and budgets
• Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams

Desired skills and experience to nail this role:

• Extensive, proven creative writing experience (Link to published work)
• Understand SMB reseller & direct-to-consumer brands
• Marketing and Social Media experience
• An intimate understanding of design, copy and web best practices/guidelines
• Understanding of the Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, InDesign, Flash)
• Critical thinking and reading skills that also responds positively to constructive feedback.

Awesome bonus skills

• A passion for fashion.
• Interested in technology and is a future optimist.
• Forklift license and DJ-skills needed at the office.
