Onsite Support Analyst

Are you our next IT Support tech? We are seeking a analyst on behalf of our custommer in the oil/gas busniess. startdate is asap, and contract is is to start with 6 month.

We are currently looking for a first/second line support person within our IT Team. If you share our passion for IT, communication, teamwork, and technology, you could be the perfect match!

Your next challenges:

• Provide one-on-one end-user problem resolution
• Deliver, tag, set up, and assist in the configuration of end-user PC desktop hardware and software
• Diagnose and resolve end-user network or local printer problems, PC hardware problems, e-mail, Internet, VPN, and local-area network access problems
• Help install local area network cabling systems and equipment such as network interface cards, hubs, and switches
• Assist network Administrators in creating materials for end-user frequently asked questions (FAQs) and user guides

Your responsibilities:

• Coordinating timely repair of PC computer equipment covered by third-party vendor maintenance agreements
• Perform minor desktop hardware repair for PC computer equipment and peripherals that are not covered by third-party vendor maintenance agreements

Who are you?

You are a highly motivated person that have finished a Bachelor or Master program within IT, Computer Engineering or similar. The right attitude towards your coworkers, customers and suppliers are highly valued. You are driven by your curiosity and engagement towards technology, and you share our mindset commitment, integrity, drive, and teamwork.

• You have a certificate of apprenticeship in IKT or a bachelor’s degree from College/University.
• You are self-motivated and adaptive
• You are service-focused and result oriented
• You are detail-oriented and organized
• You believe in continuous improvement and self-development
• You are a person who enjoy challenges and do whatever needed to make it work
• You recognize boundaries and have the courage to act honestly and responsibly
• You are fluent in English and Norwegian both spoken and written.
• You have a driver license class B
