As our new Item Data Manager, you will join the Scandinavian master data team in being responsible for the master data quality and product documentation of our extensive product range.

Data devil with an eye for the detail

Your task will be to manage the life cycle of our products in our Product Information Management system (PIM). From creation of a product, quality approval, product documentation (e.g. data sheets, food approval, safety data sheets, etc.), until the product is potentially phased out.

We are a company with an extensive product range, and the daily work in the master data department can be changeable: Therefore, it is important that you can keep track of all loose ends, as you will be managing several tasks simultaneously.

In parallel with every day work, Masterdata supports several exciting projects, which you will have the opportunity to influence. As an example, we have recently launched a new website across Scandinavia increasing our focus on the digital customer journey, and you and your Masterdata colleagues are key to the success of ensuring the correct product data. To support this, it is important that you thrive with the changing environment of project work.

Investigative profile with good Excel skills

You are passionate about data and tinkering with your Excel sheets, and since Excel is your constant companion, you have a complete understanding of how the program can help you ensure the quality of work that is important to you. You probably have a few years of experience from a similar master data function.

The Scandinavian Masterdata department is a committed and professional team of 4 people, who work closely together across borders. You will also have a close cooperation with colleagues from other departments such as Product Management, Pricing and Sales, so it is important that you have good communication skills and that you are able to prioritize your tasks.

As the Masterdata team supports colleagues across Scandinavia, Norwegian and/or Swedish linguistic skills will be a plus.

The position will be based in one of our locations in either Denmark (Holstebro), Sweden (Haninge) or Norway (Oslo), and you will have the opportunity to work from home when needed.
