Are you great when it comes to guiding teams as well as ensuring the best quality in IT processes? My name is Tonje Smith-Hansen and I'm the manager for OCMC Applications in Telia Norway. Right now, I am looking for an awesome teamlead quality manager to join my team and maybe you are just the person we are looking for.
Your next opportunity?
As a Teamlead Quality Manager, your job is to make sure that we always improve the quality of our internal prosesses and systems, as well as keeping track of developers and their deliveries. You will be part of a team of 19 people with high focus on technical tasks while having a lot of fun. The role includes, but is not limited to:
- Keeping track of the developers for OneCall, as wells as assigning jira-task to the correct developer and follow up on small deliveries.
- Estimate timeline on small and big projects and be the main contact point towards other departments in OneCall.
- Participate in “mini-prio” on the OneCall side.
- Perform as a quality manager on all implementations for OneCall and Mycall.
- Test user-friendly solutions developed to support self-service on websites (onecall.no / mycall.no), web shops, my pages and app’s.

Your experience:
We imagine you have a Bachelor’s degree within IT, programming, Informatics, or a minimum of 3 years experience of working in a development team. You have basic database knowledge and know your way around python. You have deep knowledge of OneCall products and systems. Also, you have experience with Jira and know of automatic testing and testtools like Testrail. Finally, we expect you to have good communication skills in both English and Norwegian- both in speech and writing.
