SERVICE ENGINEER - ELECTRICAL/AUTOMATION x 2

Our Rental & Services department needs more people in the team. We are looking for a curious and engaged Service Engineer that is solution oriented and focused on good customer service as well as enhancing product knowledge and technology development.

You will be part of a team that consist of 17 Service Engineers, and the team is our public face towards customers. You will work with installations, service, repairs and upgrades of our walk to work solutions (gangways) both in Norway as well as worldwide. The team is focused on having good knowledge and focus on the service to maintain, develop and create good customer relations.

In addition to this, the working tasks within Electro/Control Systems/PLC, the position will also include mechanical and hydraulic work on the gangways.

Qualifications & personal skills

• Certificate of apprenticeship in electrical or automation
• Minimum of three years relevant experience
• Offshore certificate
• Good knowledge of rules/regulations, standards and technical requirements
• Interest in new technology and challenges
• Experience with PLC
• Positive, good spirit and good skills to work individually and in project team
• Strong interpersonal, communication and language skills (minimum Norwegian and English)
