We are seeking a strong and high-performance warranty coordinator for our Services and OEM projects being executed around the world. You will be the single point of contact to the clients, and responsible for handling claims for the gangway system delivered globally.

Key tasks and responsibilities

• Register and assess warranty in cooperation with our technical team
• Responsible for follow up and management of claims for OEM and Service projects
• Representative of Uptime in meetings and ensure that the claims process is done in accordance with our policies
• Follow up and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and service teams. Ensure that the claims performed is in accordance with customer experience and requirements
• Responsible for finance, cost, and planning results

Qualifications

• B.Sc or other relevant degrees / Relevant experience may compensate for formal education
• Proficient in Microsoft 365
• Strong interpersonal, communication and language skills (minimum fluent Norwegian and English)
• Resilient with proven ability to cope with pressure
• Experience with sales and/or customer relations
