IWOCS and Controls Senior Learning Specialist

Do you want to make a difference in the technical training development and delivery in TechnipFMC?

Are you passionate about technical competencies and the development of others? Do you enjoy or want to work both on a local and a global level? Then we are looking for you. We need to complement our Learning team with an IWOCS & Controls specialist.

As a training specialist at TechnipFMC you will be supporting business units in Norway and internationally, while working in collaboration with other training specialists around the world.

Job description

• Lead the development of learning and knowledge management solutions within the Controls and IWOCS scope to support key business strategy within Subsea and REMS, such as development of learning solutions for the 800-serier SCM.
• Lead the development and delivery of effective technical learning programs for TechnipFMC in Europe, as well as globally when required.
• Main responsible for coordinating the IWOCS and Controls training, interfacing with C&A leadership and PRE network
• Deliver technical training as needed and coordinate instructor network
• Brand Controls training internally

You are meant for this job if you have:

• Bachelor's degree within relevant technical field
• Training experience, either classroom, on the job or virtual classes
• Strong written and oral command of Norwegian and English
• Knowledge and experience in participating in SAT, EFAT, SIT for subsea equipment
• Strong written and oral command of Norwegian and English
• Demonstrated ability to guide and mentor others, demonstrate leadership ability and have strong cultural awarness
• 8-10 years of experience in operational roles may compensate for the lack of formal education
• Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the country, without sponsorship
