Purpose:
Secure necessary and differential attraction and recruitment of competency to ConocoPhillips Norway. Oversee and execute onshore and offshore, internal and external recruitment.

Accountability and end result:
The Senior Recruiter manages internal and external recruiting operations for ConocoPhillips Norway.
Provide guidance and direction to leaders, to achieve effective recruitment of employees.
Support on Employer Branding to market ConocoPhillips as an attractive Employer, for potential and existing employees.

Assigned responsibilities and tasks:
Lead internal and external recruitment and sourcing of quality onshore and offshore candidates for employment in ConocoPhillips Norway.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners.
Execute effective staffing solutions and lead recruiting process.
Analyse demographic and diversity data to provide recruitment guidance, plans and strategies
Report recruiting numbers quarterly.
Cooperation with Schools and Universities and coordinate various Career days

Required competency:
Relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree
At least 5-7 years of Recruitment and HR-related experience at a Corporate level.
Demonstrated success in utilizing recruiting sources and advertising (Finn.no, LinkedIn, SOME)
Excellent organizational and networking skills
Strong communication skills, both spoken and written English and Norwegian
Ability to use IT solutions and recruiting systems – i.e. Workday

Work location:
The work location is in our office in Tananger, outside Stavanger. We offer home office arrangement.
