On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for Senior Engineer - Production Control System

Job Description:
- Provide technical and engineering support to internal and external customers on dedicated offshore field.
- Provide engineering support to subsea control system testing and commissioning, both onshore and offshore.
- Define technical scopes of work required for the maintenance, repair, refurbishment and upgrade of control systems.
- Day-to-day follow-up of technical activities related to areas of responsibility like testing, commissioning, maintenance and general field support.
- Continual contact with Line Managers and Project Managers regarding technical issues related to offshore/service activities.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of network routing philosophies and network diagnostics for trouble shooting of communications between network nodes is a major advantage.
- Cyber Security knowledge related to overall network and system security, and the security of Industrial Automation and Control Systems is an advantage.
- Understanding of mechanical/hydraulic systems and electrical systems used in Subsea Production Control Systems.
- Knowledge of engineering practices and relevant hands-on experience of the planning, engineering and testing processes.
- Ability to delegate tasks and activities and seek support from a team of technical experts.
- Conversant with requirements of various oil and gas equipment codes and standards such as API 17 (Subsea) etc.
- Bachelor/master degree in control system engineering, or other relevant combination of education and experience.
