DaWinci powered by Quorum is a Logistics Management application that changes perspectives on logistics in the global energy industry by integrating the end-to-end logistics supply chains for Personnel and Cargo in a tool built to facilitate safe, efficient, and collaborative logistics. Overview

The DaWinci Product Manager Owns the full Product Lifecycle for DaWinci with focus on defining Product Strategy, build this into a Product Roadmap and plan for and manage how it is executed through Release Planning together with the Product Team.

Core Responsibilities

• Creating a strategy and roadmap for the DaWinci product together with the Leadership Team
• Represent and convey our Product and identity to internal and external stakeholders
• Build releases with the right mix between elements from our Technical Roadmap, Functional Roadmap as well as Change Requests from Projects / Current Customers and Bugs and other Maintenance
• Makes decisions on priorities in day to day operation with respect to scoping of Releases
• Manages releases all the way to Production (Assisted by Ops, Engineering and Support)
• Is accountable for the delivered Product Quality, Product Value and User Satisfaction
• Acts as Line Manager and Functional Leader for Product Analysts and User Experience
• Assists Product in detailing of product epics both through internal end external dialogue
• Assists Product in clearing out bottlenecks to ensure delivery per plan

Requirements

• Structured and Passionate team-player
• Higher education, preferably a relevant Masters degree
• 3+ years of experience working as Product Owner, Product / Business Analyst or similar
• Excellent communication skills for meetings, presentations and documentation
• Proven ability to self-manage and complete project deliverables
• Understand software lifecycle and methodologies (Agile and Scrum)
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
