Tunnel Work - Site Supervisor

IKM Rada is searching for several Tunnel Work Site Supervisors on behalf of our client Sotra Link Construction JV. We are looking for you who as experience within Tunnel excavation and rock support, in addition to Water and frost protection. This is a great opportunity to become a part of the largest infrastructure contract in the Norwegian history.

Job responsibilities

• Safety and quality 
• Excavation with drilling and blast method
• Pre grouting activities along all tunnels
• Rock support installation supervision (shotcrete, rock bolts, wire mesh)
• Coordination of tunnel rock mucking out and disposal
• Water management (dewatering and treatment plant supervision)
• Verification of good maintenance of tunnel equipment

Qualifications and work experience

• Several years' experience in underground drilling and blasting works
• Technical Degree: Construction Engineer or similar
• English: good communicative and writing skills
• Norwegian: desirable but not mandatory

Personal qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in international teams
• Flexible and with high working standard
• Results-orientated approach
